Specialist / Officer - Control Tower Operations

Responsibilities:

• Act as the central point of contact for customers on daily operations, escalations, and status updates
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational failures (e.g., delays, damages) and contribute to corrective action reports
• Communicating with overseas office, operation teams to optimize the operation process
• Monitor orders, shipments, and exceptions across all lanes and modes
• Support manager to handle shipping quotes and maintain freight rate management and negotiation
• Ensure shipping processes for VIP customer are being adhered to and ensure systems are kept up to date
• Creation of shipment orders, handle and monitor the invoicing of shipments
• Develop and maintain good relationships with VIP customer, overseas office and agents to increase revenues globally
• Data, reporting and maintain performance management

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or University in Logistics Management & Transportation or equivalent background
• With 5 years’ experience of VIP account servicing and/or Control Tower experience preferably in  Freight forwarding or Logistics industry
• Customer-Oriented, good in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work closely together with other functional disciplines & good team player
• Fluent of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required
• Proficient in computer skills, MS Office application, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Advanced Excel skills
