Job Purpose

Mainly to support the Bank’s remittance operations and settlement operations

Job Responsibilities

1. Input payment instructions of remittance and loan

2. Handle AML cases occurred during payment screening

3. Handle remittance related request and inquiry

4. Prepare daily report of remittance, loan and card business

5. Handle AML cases occurred during account opening

6. Back up support the bank’s other settlement functions, e.g. Treasury FX/MM/DERIV, Credit Card, Equity Security etc.

7. Participate in projects on new process/service development, automation of new process and system enhancement / UAT to improve operational efficiency

8. Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

1. University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

2. Minimum 1 year of bank’s settlement/remittance working experience is preferred

3. Familiar with FPS console, RTGS iMBT, Swift AA is preferred

4. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Attentive to details and willing to learn

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

7. Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
