Assistant Human Resources Manager

We are now inviting for a talented and experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to join our team at Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club.  Provides operational support across core HR functions to ensure effective day‑to‑day operations. The role requires a proactive HR professional with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a focus on process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist our Human Resource Manager to provide operational support across core HR functions to ensure effective day‑to‑day operations. Responsible to handle all-round Human Resources administration duties including talent acquisitions, employee relations, training, C&B, payroll & MPF, staff attendance record and other HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Higher diploma or above in Hospitality Management or Human Resources
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within hospitality or service-driven industries
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, HK Labour Ordinance, HK Taxation, MPF regulations and other HR related regulations
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, outgoing, innovative, independent and well-organized
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Well-versed with HRIS and MS Office application
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
