Customer Service Senior Specialist, Corporate Banking

Job Duties:

• Assist Relationship Managers with customer service matters, including deposits, remittances, foreign exchange transactions, and price negotiations.
• Onboard customers to our online banking platform, guide them through key features, and increase digital usage of the branch. Monitor digital onboarding and usage patterns while providing online support, thereby enhancing active user engagement for the branch.
• Review approved credit conditions, including trade finance; coordinate with clients to collect required disbursement documents; and facilitate the loan drawdown process.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of credit agreements following loan approval.
• Conduct account reviews and transactional spot checks for RM team client accounts to ensure strict adherence to due diligence and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in foreign exchange transactions, remittances, account opening and management, and trade finance operations.
• 5-10 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in trade finance or cash management in a client-facing, non-sales/non-marketing capacity.
• Good communication and presentation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, a collaborative team mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Specialist position.
