Middle Office Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Join our team and gain exposure to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (CIES), and cross-border client onboarding processes across Asian markets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data mining and data validation from various internal and external systems
• Assist in KYC, AML, CRS, and CIES documentation and due diligence processes
• Utilize Excel and AI-powered tools to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
• Support cross-border operational processes and collaborate with stakeholders
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are highly welcome
• Strong interest in the financial services industry
• Passion for data mining and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Strong Excel skills and an interest in applying AI solutions in the workplace
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn
• A proactive team player with good communication skills
• Candidate with prior relevant experience can be considered as Assistant Officer / Officer
