Responsibilities:
- Participate in project management and sales management;
- Assist the supervisor in researching and formulating development strategies, operational plans, implementation proposals, and organizational design for the Contact Centre, and prepare feasible recommendation reports;
- Analyze sales data and performance to support supervisor in routine reporting, while tracking the effectiveness of actions plans and adjustment recommendations;
- Coordinate internal and external matters, serve as a communication bridge to oversee, manage, and support standardized operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and effective implementation, with regular progress reports to the supervisor;
- Provide strategic input and recommendations in relevant areas, supporting the development of long-term strategies and detailed action plans;
- Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor in managing day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with major in Banking & Finance / Risk Management / Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in banking and financial institutes would be an advantage
- Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills
- Good command of Chinese and English in both spoken and written including Putonghua
- Proficient in PC skills and MS Office applications
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager
