Client Services and Middle Office Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle CIES application, monitoring and reporting
  • Handle CRS/FATCA day-to-day data maintenance and annual reporting
  • Assist witness, KYC and document checking for local and offshore opening
  • Act as the contact point for salespersons and client inquiries
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and perform other operational duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of client servicing experience in the financial industry; prior experience in a brokerage firm is an advantage
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Holder of SFC Type 1 and 2 licenses is an advantage
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • A proactive team player with strong commercial awareness
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Assistant Officer position
  • Effectively using AI is preferred
