Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign Execution
Assist the manager in implementing 360° marketing campaigns aligned with company goals, including product launches, sales-driven programs, branding, events, PR, and digital marketing initiatives.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with designers, internal departments, and external suppliers to support the Marketing team in executing regular and seasonal promotions, and assist in coordinating cross-brand collaboration initiatives.
3. Social Media Content Support
Assist in daily social media operations, including content preparing, community engagement, and routine performance tracking under the guidance of the manager.
4. E-commerce Operations Support
Support e-commerce backend operations, including execution of timely updates for product listings, pricing, promotions, and promotional settings.
5. Food Delivery Platform Support
Assist in manage third-party food delivery platforms, including menu updates, pricing alignment, promotional campaign settings, and performance tracking.
6. CRM Platform Operations
Assist in operating the CRM platform and loyalty programs, including database maintenance, customer segmentation, and executing targeted email/SMS marketing campaigns.
7. Customer Experience Support
Support customer service operations by handling daily inquiries across social media and digital channels to uphold brand reputation.
8. Vendor & Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution and administrative support for marketing initiatives.
9. Market Intelligence Support
Assist in conducting research on market trends and competitive landscape to provide useful data for team strategy optimization.
10. Ad-hoc Support
Perform ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as required to support general business operations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or retail industries is preferred.
3. Experience in operating CRM platforms and loyalty programs is highly preferred.
4. Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong aptitude for content creation, with proficiency in mobile video production and editing (e.g., CapCut).
7. Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
8. Knowledge or a passion for coffee is highly preferred but not a must.
9. Advanced in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
