Housekeeping Supervisor
樓層督導員 (PM & Overnight shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigning daily work schedules;
• Monitor daily room cleaning progress and cleanliness quality with special attention to VIP blocked room;
• Spot-checks occupied and vacant guest rooms after cleaning;
• Ensures all public and back of the house areas are regularly sprayed by outside pest control contractor;
• Maintains records and storage of all lost and found items

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' in hotel Housekeeping operations;
• Good interpersonal skills and experence to supervise Room Attendants;
• Good command of spoken in English, Chinese and Putonghua
