What you will be doing:
Acquire New-to-Bank clients to SME segment
Act as the single point of contact, managing the end-to-end KYC process
Conduct customer due diligence, AML assessment, FATCA and CRS in accordance with regulatory requirements
Achieve individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team
Proactive connect with key contact persons from channels for business expansion
Timely communication with clients regarding inquiries on know your customer requirements
Client experience management via handling of customer inquiries with timely response
Able to handle complex NTB application, e.g. complex structure, NBFI, SCC, PEP, etc.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 2-5 years SME banking experience in customer relation management is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, sales and result oriented
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Banking Manager
