Floor Supervisor 樓層督導

We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality standards of rooms and public area are up to hotel standard
• Supervise the work of Room Attendant team
• Provide ad hoc support for supervisors

Requirements:

• 3 years relevant experience
• Responsible, well organized, strong leadership skill and a good team player
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience in operating housekeeping equipment and basis knowledge of chemicals

主要職責:

• 負責樓層的清潔，確保服務質素及客房整潔程度符合酒店標準
• 監督及指導房務員團隊的日常工作以確保部門運作暢順

工作要求:

• 三年或以上相關工作經驗
• 細心和具服務熱誠
• 具良好溝通技巧
• 擅於交際和良好領導技巧
