Manager, Business Management (Corporate Banking) – 6-Month Contract

Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee the end-to-end UAT cycle for the new e-Loan System, ensuring core modules (Credit Application Workflow and Annual Review) align with corporate banking operational standards
• Organize, log, and run daily system test cases, maintaining accurate progress trackers and identifying operational gaps across the loan life- cycle
• Manage the defect life-cycle by identifying, logging, and tracking system bugs, and collaborating closely with IT and external vendors on fixes and rigorous re-testing
• Act as the key bridge between business and technical teams, collaborating with Relationship Managers (RMs), the Credit Division, and IT to streamline workflow testing
• Prepare daily progress reports, blocker updates, and execution status summaries for the project management team and senior stakeholders
• Translate business workflows into structured test scenarios to support division-level digital transformation and system enhancement objectives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in RM Support, Middle Office, or Credit Administration functions preferred
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to systematically manage high volumes of test cases under tight project timelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to articulate technical issues clearly to business and IT teams
• Immediate availability or a very short notice period is highly preferred to meet the upcoming project commencement date
