Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and comprehensive operational support to Relationship Managers in delivering high quality customer service, including account opening, completion of KYC/AML procedures, etc.
- Support credit risk assessment through financial statement reviews, credit analysis and the preparation of credit proposals
- Assist in identifying and cultivating business opportunities across new and existing corporate customers
- Report and escalate compliance issues promptly for management awareness
- Maintain and enhance long-term customer relationships
- Perform ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in any discipline
- Prior experience in corporate banking operations, business support or credit analysis preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Strong service and sales orientation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
