Responsibilities 職責

• Clean and maintain all hotel public areas, including lobby, corridors, restrooms, elevators, staircases, offices, associates areas, and back-of-house areas 清潔及保養酒店所有公共地方，包括大堂、走廊、洗手間、升降機、樓梯、辦公室、員工區域及後勤區域

• Replenish public restroom supplies (such as toilet paper, hand soap, towels, etc.) 補充公共洗手間用品（如衛生紙、洗手液、毛巾等）

• Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors 及時向主管報告任何維修問題、損壞或安全隱患

• Follow the hotel’s cleaning schedules, work procedures, and safety standards 遵守酒店的清潔時間表、工作程序及安全標準

• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely 正確及安全地使用清潔化學品及器材

• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries 迅速及有禮貌地回應客人的要求及查詢

• Assist housekeeping team members as needed 按需要協助房務部團隊成員

• Maintain professional appearance and courteous work attitude at all times 時刻保持專業儀容及有禮貌的工作態度

• Comply with hotel policies, as well as health, safety, and hygiene regulations 遵守酒店政策，以及健康、安全及衛生相關規定

Qualifications 資格

• Hard-working and willing to take responsibilities and initiative 勤力, 有責任感及積極

• Able to work in shift duty 須輪班工作
