Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overseas the daily operations of the Western Restaurants & Tea House;
• Develop strong rapport with members, understand their preferences and deliver personalized service;
• Ensure all staff are complying the required service standard and ensure members are received good service and attention;
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including furniture and fixtures within the working areas and all staff personal hygiene;
• Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor/manager;

Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality industry
• Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and proven leadership skills;
• Shift duty must be required;
• More experience will be considered to Assistant Manager.
