Major Responsibilities:
- Assist Chief Concierge to maintain a smooth operation and ensure all report are accurate and up to date
- Supervise daily concierge operations during assigned shifts, ensuring service standards meet brand guidelines
- Monitor daily performance and offer proper training and guardians to subordinate
- Working knowledge of travel and hospitality industry ecosystems. Handle guest comments and complaints tactfully, efficiently and complies with the Hotel policies and procedures
- Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in concierge section and minimum 2 years’ relevant supervisory level experience in 4-5 star hotel industry
- Certificate or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
- Service oriented, proactive and a team player
