Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate accounts and/or designated market areas by making regular calls to assigned clients, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong working relationships with existing clients to meet and exceed individual targets and support the hotel’s overall budget.
• Plan and execute sales strategies and implement targeted tactics to achieve the hotel budget.
• Generate new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of structured action plans.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and rate agreements in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and client feedback to maximize conversion and business retention.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
• 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry.
• Self-motivated, well organized, good team player and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
