About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Mandarin Grill / Terence Boulud Kitchen in Hong Kong, the Commis is responsible for to assist the Chef de Partie with the daily working requirements and the smooth running of the operation and displayed as mandated by the Sous Chef in order to acquire maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. The Commis reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine / Sous Chef.
