Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Mandarin Grill / Terence Boulud Kitchen in Hong Kong, the Chef de Partie is responsible for to assist the Sous Chef with the daily working requirements and the smooth running of the operation and displayed as mandated by the Sous Chef in order to acquire maximum customer satisfaction and profitability.
