Assistant Building Engineer / Building Engineer

Language: English & Chinese 

What you’ll do 

• Assist the technical team to handle owner’s / tenant’s requests on technical related services

• Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports

• Assisting preparation of tender documents for the repair, maintenance and replacement services

• Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors

• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications 

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Studies / Building Service Engineering / Building Surveying/ Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent

• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A/B or above is preferred 

• 3 years’ relevant experience with engineering position in Property Management / Maintenance Contractor’s field and/or in related to Building or E&M repair works

• Fresh graduates are also welcome! Candidates with less experience will be considered as the position of Assistant Building Engineer

Personal skills you excel 

• Excellent communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels 

• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediately available is an advantage
