Senior Foreman / Foreman (Logistics)

Job Duties:

• Coordinate logistics operations on site including material delivery, storage, and internal distribution
• Liaise with Client Representatives, Main Contractor, and Subcontractors on work sequence and site access
• Monitor site progress, material usage, and workforce allocation
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Identify and report any non-conformities related to materials, workmanship, or logistics arrangements
• Assist in planning site logistics and resolving on-site coordination issues
• Communication with trades and disciplines to provide a coordinated managed site.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings.

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Diploma in Construction, Logistics, or related discipline
• Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant site experience
• Experience with main contractors is highly preferred
• Strong coordination and site management skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
