About the Role

As a 3rd Barbecue Chef (三級燒烤師), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders with high quality and consistency.
• Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures as per Hotel standards when handling food for restaurant and banquet.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors.
• 預備食材及烹調食物
• 根據酒店的食品安全和衛生標準處理食物
• 履行上司分配的工作

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Hotel with similar capacities.
• Skilled in grilling and chopping.
• Basic knowledge in HACCP and ISO22000.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• 具備至少一年酒店相關工作經驗
• 熟悉燒味製作
• 基本食物安全及衞生知識
• 具備團隊合作精神及良好溝通技巧
