Responsibilities

  • Supervise and conduct daily inspections of guestrooms, guest floor areas, public areas and back of the house areas to ensure in good condition according to the hotel standard
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle and follow up guest requests and complaints in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide training for Room Attendants
  • Assist in all housekeeping duties including guest floors, public areas and U&L, and perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in hotel industry
  • Independent and flexible, strong interpersonal skills with all levels of team members
  • Basic computational ability
  • Certificate in Supervisory course or equivalent disciplines.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
