About the Role

As a Commis I - Bakery (廚師), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the food orders with high quality and consistency.
  • Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements.
  • 預備食材及烹調食物
  • 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平

About You

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Hotels with similar capacity.
  • Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000.
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • 二至三年相關經驗
  • 基本食物安全及衞生知識
  • 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
