Position Overview:
We are seeking a temporary part-time Clerk to support our team with accurate data entry and basic office administration. This role is suitable for students or individuals looking for part-time / summer work experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter client information into our system for account opening
- Ensure all submitted records are complete, accurate, and consistent
- Perform general administrative support as assigned (e.g., document handling, filing, data checks)
- Handle client information with strict confidentiality at all times
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Chinese typing proficiency (accuracy and speed required)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
- Able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Preferable: Able to work at least 4 days per week
- (Preferred) Students interested in summer job opportunities
