Job Title: Assistant BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize BIM software to develop and update structural, architectural, and MEP models
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct design reviews, stage planning, and clash detection
• Manage and maintain BIM models within the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout all phases of the construction lifecycle
• Ensure effective communication with BIM team members and project engineers to coordinate BIM-related tasks and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in BIM projects
• Experience with UAV/SUA technologies is an advantage
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++ is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Autodesk BIM solutions, including AEC software
