Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• To develop MICE business in managing, relating and acquiring business
• Be responsible for managing residential groups effectively and efficiently
• Be the main hotel liaison for MICE group from enquiry to departure
• Working closely with Revenue, Corporate, RB&E and other revenue-generating department to maximize sales
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
• To attend corporate/MICE events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in MICE Sales of a well-established hotel(s)
• Detail minded and equipped with skills of coordination and problem solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English 
• Well-versed in MS Office and other computer applications
