We are now looking for caliber candidates for our Accounting Department:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily City Ledger transfers and timely invoice dispatch
- Adjust Agoda commissions for the 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT)
- Reconcile daily/monthly OTA bookings against the PMS system
- Audit daily credit card settlements against bank statements
- Assist with aging reports, journal vouchers, and month-end closing
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the hotel industry is a MUST
- LCCI Level 3/Diploma, or above in Accounting, Hospitality, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possesses strong communication skills
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Clerk
- Immediate availability is preferred
