Operation Assistant - Medical Clinic Chain (IANG Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a smooth clinical operations including manpower arrangement, admin, and daily operations, e.g. roster scheduling and procurement
• Work with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure duties are delivered on time
• Closely work with clinic team regarding customer services issues including enquiries and complaints
• Assist and prepare reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree qualification preferable in healthcare related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ work experience in the field of medical clinic/ Imaging centre/ pharmaceutical etc. is preferred; Fresh graduate with can-do attitude are welcome
• Highly interested in medical industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• Self-motive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Result-oriented and have positive working attitude
• Good in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• IANG holders are welcome
