We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Executive to join our team at TY PROPERTIES DEVELOPMENT in Tsim Sha Tsui District. As a Part Time Marketing colleague, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of our dynamic organization. What you'll be doing

• Gathering and analyzing market research data to help inform marketing strategies
• Assisting with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and events
• Coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media content,
• brochures, and presentations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in marketing and communications role, within real estate industry
• Strong organizational and with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions
• Manage of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Proficiency in using marketing and design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canvas
