You will be responsible for handling all processing tasks related to credit card applications & returned mail handling, included but not limited to documents verification, fraud detection, AML name screening and subsequent control checking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily credit card processing, including data verification, conduct preliminary document screening, AML checking and all credit card processing related routines
- Perform outbound calls to customers to follow up the outstanding documents for credit card applications
- Register returned mail records and perform outbound calls to customers to confirm the correctness of the address, maintenance the address record in bank system
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Incumbent Requirements:
- Post-secondary or above with at least 1-year customer service or call center experience in banking or financial institution
- Knowledge in card products and operation workflow will be an added advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- PC literacy is an advantage
- Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer)
