Fund Operations - Asset Management

GF International (a Hong Kong subsidiary of GF Fund Management) is seeking a Fund Operations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily valuation for various fund products, including money market funds, authorized unit trusts, Cayman funds, and QFII funds.

• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks related to fund management.

• Manage regulatory and compliance reporting, including SFC filings, audit reports, FMCC submissions, and FATCA/CRS reporting.

• Execute trade settlements, assist in trading account setup, and streamline settlement processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fund operations or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.

• Proficient in MS Office; programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python) are a strong advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.

• Prior experience in fund administration is highly preferred. Candidates with ETF operations experience will be given priority.
