Associate Vice President, Digital Marketing and MarTech (AM Level)

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement digital and performance marketing campaigns to drive online applications and lead generation for Personal Loan and Credit Card Business

• Plan and execute high-growth campaigns, remarkable customer experience to maximize ROAS, organic-and-paid conversion rates and customer lifetime value  

• Responsible for customer acquisition channels and growth functions on paid media, SEO, affiliate, KOL marketing

• Drive middle and bottom funnel performance to generate quality traffic to acquisition channels.

• Build customer communication journeys via App, website, emails and SMS, Push notifications for customer up-sell and cross-sell campaigns.

• Define, build, and implement the target MarTech and e-commerce ecosystem roadmap according to consumer behavior and industry best practices

• Utilize customer data, insights and Marketing Technologies to develop and manage effective CRM programs, including loyalty programs, personalized marketing campaigns, and customer segmentation strategies.

• Responsible for user journey of mobile App and Web to ensure customer acquisition and cross-sell to drive business growth

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Science, Digital Marketing or equivalent

• Minimum eight years or above relevant experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing or digital transformation

• Experience in developing and implementing impactful campaign in customer acquisition and segmentation

• Hands on experience in marketing automation

• Strong acumen for data and analytics

• Well versed in Google, Meta and MarTech platforms

• Creative, Pro-active, open-minded, and result-oriented

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
