Associate Vice President, Business Administration (Strategic Planning and Analysis)
(Assistant Manager Level)
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
Lead the formulation of medium to long term strategy and annual business plan
Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and portfolio analysis to identify growth and optimization opportunities within consumer finance
Develop and present strategic initiatives, including new products, promotions, and channel expansion
Project Management
Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Oversee project governance, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery within budget
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain executive-level stakeholder alignment
Management Reporting
Oversee preparation of accurate and timely management reports for executive review
Perform comprehensive analysis of financial, operational, and risk metrics to surface trends, variances, and actionable recommendations
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in consumer finance, with exposure to strategic planning and project management. Candidates with less experience but strong potential will be considered for the position of Senior Officer
Strong knowledge of financial products, market trends, credit risk frameworks, regulatory frameworks, and competitive dynamics
Proven track record of leading high-stakes projects and influencing C-suite decisions
Superior stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical & communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
Initiative, able to work independently & under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
