What’s Expected of You:
- Drive Engagement Projects: Develop and manage automated customer lifecycle journeys, focusing on seamless digital onboarding, feature discovery and the reactivation of dormant users.
- Gamification & Value-Add Services: Explore and integrate gamified elements or digital loyalty rewards within the mobile app to drive digital banking adoption, usage and channel migration.
- Optimize Web Experience: Oversee website content management and SEO strategy to ensure a high-converting, user-centric, and up-to-date public-facing presence.
- Data-Driven Performance: Establish and monitor KPIs for digital channels, utilizing data analytics to optimize campaign ROI and customer attribution.
- Drive Digital Acquisition: Work with digital marketing subject matter expert in the team to formulate and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies for various banking products to grow the bank's customer base through performance marketing and paid media.
- Lead Engagement Campaigns: Design and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing active usage, retention, and product cross-selling on digital banking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, tech, and other internal teams to integrate acquisition tools and ensure all digital content meets regulatory standards.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends to implement new performance marketing technologies and engagement tactics.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree or above in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in digital project management, digital marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Content Expertise: Proven track record in managing large-scale website content and digital campaign lifecycles.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google/Adobe Analytics) and a deep understanding of customer journey mapping.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team while managing a diverse range of senior stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional collaborative spirit with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
