Wine Steward

Job Descriptions

• Perform all aspects of mis-en-place and setup in restaurant, and at other functions.
• Upsell and introduce wine to guests.
• Request supplies from stores.
• Uncork and decant wines.
• Place orders and serve bar items.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education level of Secondary 3.
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experiences; Experience in 5-star hotels/private clubs are preferred.
• Excellent wine knowledge and service skills required.
• Fluent spoken English and good written English. 
• Skill test is required during interview.
• Shift work (5 days per week, 9 hours per day) is required as follows:
  • 11:30 - 21:30 (including 1-hour meal/rest break)
  • 13:00 - 23:00 (including 1-hour meal/rest break)
  • 11:30 - 23:00 (including 2.5-hour meal/rest break)

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: HK$24,570
