Berth Planner 船泊策劃員

The Role：

• Maintain and update vessel schedule in system
• Liaise with Kwai Chung terminals/ Liners on services details and add owner
• Coordinate daily scheduling updates to Lines
• Coordinate with internal / external parties including berth and resource coordination
• Support the daily activities of berth allocation and resources planning 
• Prepare operational and analyze reports

The Person：

• Degree holder in related discipline with 1 year relevant experience; or
• Diploma holder with 4 years relevant experience, or
• Form 5 or above with 6 years relevant experience
• Experience in terminal operations or shipping industries is an advantage
• Proficient in MS application and preferably with experience in NAVIS berth scheduler
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good planning and organizing, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, initiative and customer oriented
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment
