Duty Manager

Job Contents:

• Assist the Operations Manager in supervising frontline staff to deliver high-quality cabin cleaning and related services, ensuring all work meets airline requirements and service standards
• Oversee the efficient and effective deployment of resources, including manpower, equipment, and tools, to support daily operations
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure warehouse housekeeping standards are consistently upheld in compliance with safety regulations
• Ensure all operational activities and team members adhere to company policies, safety and security standards, and the requirements set by authorities and airline customers
• Prepare analytical reports and operational statistics, providing insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational irregularities, incidents, and issues arising during shifts, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Act as the primary point of contact for airline customers, responding promptly and professionally to requests, inquiries, and complaints
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment while maintaining strong partnerships with airline customers
• Support staff management activities, including performance monitoring, coaching, counseling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when required
• Assist in handling accidents, injury cases, customer complaints, and audits conducted by airlines or regulatory authorities
• Act as the Operations Manager’s deputy during their absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and operations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• At least 7 years relevant working experience, exposure in aviation is preferable
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Holder of driving license class 1 and 2
• Shift work is required
