Essential duties and responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
• Answer all incoming calls in professional manner using the correct telephone etiquette at all times
• Handle wake-up calls
• Require to work as overnight shift 

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, including internships
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential. Additional language is a plus
• Committed and passionate in delivering personalized guest service, anticipatory with a keen eye for detail
