Responsibilities:

• To assist the General Counsel in leading and managing the Legal, Compliance & Secretarial Department.
• To deliver value-added services in legal advisory, regulation and internal policy compliance, as well as other relevant aspects of corporate governance, for the Company and its subsidiaries.
• To organise, implement and drive the legal and compliance management framework
• To draft legal documents, policies/ rules/ regulations, meeting materials, minutes and other documents as required by the General Counsel/ Company Secretary.
• To conduct legal and compliance-related checks and investigations as instructed by the General Counsel.
• To take part in ad-hoc projects and such other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in law or related disciplines or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
• Law-related qualifications and skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels
