We are looking for a talent to:

• Develops and executes sales strategies to hit revenue targets for all three Madera properties, proactively source new business partners including corporate accounts and property / relocation agencies
• Analyses market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
• Manages the full lead lifecycle—reviewing inquiries from email/phone, responding to proposals, and conducting outbound sales calls.
• Coordinates with Reservations teams and the DOSM to ensure smooth operations and handle special guest requests or site inspections.
• Responsible for the accuracy of all sales documentation and the timely preparation of Sales Visit and Monthly Reports for senior management.
• Takes ownership of individual and overall revenue goals, providing feedback on operational performance to move the team forward.
• Conducts regular training on negotiation and presentation skills, supporting team members in closing deals and refining proposals.
• Report to Director of Sales & Marketing

Basic requirements:

• Degree Holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management and Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years Hospitality sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in leveraging AI tools to enhance sales performance.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• High proficiency in Opera Cloud (PMS) with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
• Confident and professional communicator capable of delivering persuasive presentations
• Solution-oriented with a "can-do" attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and ownership of tasks.
