Senior Manager, Data Operation & Analyst

Responsibilities

• Map out data across business systems (trading, funds, settlement, CRM, risk management, etc.) and establish a unified data dictionary with standardized metric definitions

• Collaborate with IT to connect data pipelines and define data access and permission frameworks

• Design and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, significantly reducing manual effort

• Build department-level dashboards to visualize key business metrics and enable anomaly alerts

• Conduct in-depth analyses including customer segmentation, product performance, and cross-selling opportunity identification

• Present data insights to management at various levels to support business decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role

• Strong business acumen — able to frame problems from a business perspective and translate data into actionable insights

• Proficient in SQL with experience integrating and cleansing data from multiple systems

• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Metabase or equivalent)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Prior experience in a data role at a bank, brokerage, or fintech company

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
