Officer / Assistant Manager (Call Centre)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customer hotline for banking and credit card enquiries and provide solutions efficiently
  • Providing quality customer services to customers in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
  • Addressing customer feedback and complaints professionally and do proper escalation when necessary
  • Working collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issue
  • Discovering customer needs and promote retail banking products and digital services
  • Complying with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customer's and bank's interest
  • Provide administrative support in Call Centre
  • Conduct warm calls to existing customers for follow-up and referral opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with passes in Chinese, English, Mathematics in HKCEE/HKDSE
  • Minimum 1 year’s customer service experience preferred
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua and interpersonal skills
  • PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Work with integrity and pro-active attitude, due care and diligence in carrying out the role and responsibilities
  • Team and results oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
