Assistant Manager, Retail FX Product

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Assist and develop the bank’s FX and general banking services (including Account Opening, FX, Deposit etc.).

  • Product Operations & Support: Support basic data analysis initiatives for product performance monitoring and structural optimization. Monitor OKRs (deposit volume, FX transaction growth, active users, etc) and refine tactics to achieve departmental targets.

  • Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: Participate in customer feedback collection and analysis across various demographic segments. Support the development of customer profiling and segmentation frameworks.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the execution of retail banking marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Assist in preparing training materials and coordinating departmental learning sessions. Facilitate communication with front-line staff and other business units

  • Project Coordination: Handle assigned ad-hoc tasks and special projects from management. Support project documentation, tracking, and reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related disciplines from a recognised institution.

  • Experience Level: 3 years of solid experience in Retail Banking business in Hong Kong, preferably with exposure on FX products.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly advantageous.

  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
