Intern, PR & Corporate Communications

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the PR Team, help to deliver integrated campaigns on the website and direct marketing channels to build brand awareness, manage customer acquisition and drive engagement
• Support the creation, editing, and distribution of all PR collateral, including press releases, media kits, backgrounders, and briefing documents
• Work closely with internal parties and vendors to create content/posts for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and handle online customer enquiries
• Research on latest trend in digital and social marketing, assist the team to formulate better online strategies
• End-to-end coordination of corporate events and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities, including venue sourcing, vendor management, guest list coordination, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting
• Handle administrative tasks and other ad hoc jobs assigned by the PR Team

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master studying in Journalism, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations. Fresh graduates or freelancers are both welcomed
• At least 3 days a week to work with the team, on-site or remote working both would be accepted, preferable to work at the office
• Good command of corporate writing in both English and Chinese, fluent in speaking English and Chinese, familiar with Cantonese slang is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva would be highly preferred
• Fast learner, energetic with a problem-solving personality
