Business Analyst (Business Governance & Support) - Securities & Futures

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and control over the end-to-end securities and futures services

• Prepare compliance related reports based on regulatory requirements

• Design and review operational flows and procedures for existing and new products

• Maintain healthy relationship with business partners and counter parties

• Handle the development and maintenance of securities and futures related systems

• Provide trading support to frontline staff

• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business / Finance or related discipline, professional qualification of CFP/CFMP/CRWP an advantage

• Passes in HKSI papers 1,7,8,9

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and familiar with regulatory requirements

• Knowledge of accounting as well as securities and futures clearing and settlement process

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, Chinese word processing

(Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager, Securities & Futures)
