Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the Team Head in handling customer service matters, including but not limited to processing DPM account opening, arranging settlements, and placing transaction orders
Maintain good communication with internal and external investment institutions to ensure the timely and efficient completion of investment transactions
Assist Team Head in developing and managing portfolio products with an aim to achieve clients' asset management objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide customized solutions
Perform KYC related work, deal execution and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above holder in Finance, Accounting or Business related subjects
Previous relevant experience in finance and investment experiences
1-2 years of experience in finance institutions for customer’s services
Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
CPA is an advantage
Passing HKSI licensing Examination Paper 1 is an advantage
Fluent in English and Mandarin
