Manager, Treasury Compliance (Risk Control – Global Markets)

Responsible for providing advisory support to Global Markets Department on compliance issues and serve as the primary point of contact for external inquiries
Review internal operational procedures to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal control guidelines
Formulate and review trade document (eg ISDA, Loan Agreement and Product Term Sheet)
Participate in new product development and provide compliance recommendations
Provide training to departmental staff where necessary
Degree holder or above in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking sector / audit firms
Familiar with treasury operations and local regulatory requirements on investment products
