Vice President, Treasury Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Senior Treasury salesperson with coverage of Corporate & Commercial banking/ branch VIP customers for FX, Interest Rate and Metal derivatives.
• Solicit new business opportunities and enhance customer base by developing strong client relationships and providing value-added customer offerings across products.
• Generate new business by proactive sales pitches to both new and existing customers.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers in developing and deepening customer relationships and onboarding of new FX and Interest Rate derivative opportunities.
• Interact and cooperate closely with Treasury product team to contribute to new product development.
• Lead and handle daily team operations.
• Guide, coach and support junior team members
• Keep abreast of regulations and have strong risk control practice to ensure compliance with limits and regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Holder of ECF-TM qualification and pass in HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8 preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including considerable experience in driving treasury business
• Sound knowledge of treasury products, in particular FX options and FX derivative products
• Good understanding of the financial market
• Customer focus with sales drive and good people skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
