Dealer / Senior Dealer, Money Market

Job Description: 
Proprietary trading and position management of FX Options.

Main Responsibilities
•    Formulate and execute trading strategies to achieve annual revenue targets, with focus in FX Option trading. 
•    Risk taking and position management. Actively manage the desk's risk exposure, including "Greeks" (Delta, Gamma, Vega), liquidity risk and operational risk. 
•    Ensure all positions are within approved limits and comply with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.
•    Provide market making and pricing of FX Options for the bank's customers through different sales channels. Manage exercise and expiration processes.
•    Drive and participate in initiatives / projects for automation, meeting regulatory requirements or launching new products.

Requirements
•    Solid and relevant experience in FX Option trading preferably for 6 years or more
•    Strong technical knowledge in FX Option trading with track record in delivering revenue target
•    Great sense of ownership, discipline with strong control mindset
•    Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
•    Degree holder in Business, Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline
•    Proficiency in both English and Chinese
